Melt 225g of dark chocolate and 100g of butter together.
Seperate 4 medium eggs and whisk the yokes together with 175g of icing sugar.
Fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture.
Whisk the egg whites until soft peaks, then gradually and carefully fold into the chocolate mixture.
Spread the mixture into a large greased baking tin and bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour until the top is cracked but still gooey in the middle
